  • The spindle part employs a jig exchange mechanism, which can place workpieces while winding, shorten operation time and improve production capacity.
  • The S axis is provided with a unit for preventing bobbin deformation. (With a tail top unit)
  • Equipped with a servo tensioner, even thin wire (φ 0.05 ~) can be stably wound at 10,000rpm.
  • The conveying system adopts jig delivery mode which can flexibly switch production specifications.
