CNC Spindle Automatic Coil Winding Machine
It is intended for winding of various kinds of bobbin coils.
- The STM series are equipped with the high-performance NSC control system independently developed by NITTOKU over the years, which realizes faster winding.

Unit introduction

Twisting machine (optional)
It employs a servo motor drive mode different from previous pulse motor modes, featured of fast and stable operation, without wire breaking. The reference cycle of three-strand twisted wire is Approx. 6 ~ 9s.

Turnover loading and unloading unit (optional)
By adopting jig core exchange mode, this specification has realized simple and quick replacement. Save manual loading and unloading time.

Tray-type loading and unloading unit (optional)
Bobbin loading and unloading mode. Place the bobbin on the tray module, and then the module automatically loads and unloads, saving manual loading and unloading time.

Nipper cutter unit (optional)
To be used when the wire diameter is thick or the terminal can not be broken by pulling since it is not square to prevent tangential error of multi-strand twisted wire.

NC-type wire clamping unit(optional)
Different from the previous cylinder driving mode, the forward and backward movement is driven by motor, which can be simply adjusted to the best position according to the different positions of customer bobbin terminal.

Turnover unit of nozzle bar
(optional for some models)
The nozzle can be reversibly turned over and wound on the terminal.

Quick-change jig replacement unit
The quick-change jig replacement unit is adopted, making the jig replacement operation simple and quick when the specifications are replaced.

Cylinder-type wire clamping unit
The winding column adopts cylinder-type wire clamping mode, which not only saves wire, but also saves winding cycle time.

Waste wire sucking unit (optional)
By absorbing the waste wire wound on the winding column, the waste wires can be sucked cleanly into the waste wire storage unit, so that the waste wires will not be scattered on the machine surface.
