SKAI-01〼/SKAI-01〼H/SKAI-02〼S(Target Core : inner & outer rotor)
KAI Series adopt the special control technology developed by NITTOKU, and employ NC control system for inner rotor winding and wrapping terminals of small motors. It is equipped with the control system and servo motor independently developed by NITTOKU. The structure is simple and exquisite, and the specifications can be changed flexibly by controlling 4 axes at the same time with NC.

NC track winding method
1 machine can handle various types of cores.
- Equipped with a nozzle reversing mechanism and a wrapping function. It is also applicable to outer rotor winding.
- Possible to change spec of stack heights and number of poles by program setting.
- The servomotor drive stabilizes the position of the crossover wire.
- Winding is possible through the nozzle’s vertical movement and the swing of the core.(S-Z winding)
- Since the nozzle height can be adjusted in each winding layer ,the height of the coil end can be lowered.
- SKAI-02〼S: LITs & LITs shuttle transport systems can be incorporated into the base machine for line production.
