Features

• It can realize simple changeover due to 11-axis NC control and quick-change exchange parts. Especially, since the fine adjustment of nipper cutter position and Houma positioning of core diameter are controlled by NC, it has effectively shortened the changeover time. In addition, since the opening and closing of Former (jig) is controlled by NC, even if it is slightly opened and closed (0.1 mm), the iron core can be turned over almost without shaking, without damage to Houma, and can hang the wire at the correct position of the hook guide.
• The integrated design of cutting pliers and clamping jaws has eliminated waste wire.Since the position adjustment of the hook is controlled by NC, the length of the starting line and the ending line can be set to infinitely short, and the changeover can be easily realized through program switching.
• The machine precision and rigidity are excellent since the flyer is integrated onto the base.
