SBHS-01〼is precise coil winding macheines designed for various bobbinless winders. By utilizing a rigid traverse guide, perfect layer coil winding can be performed using mandrels without a slit groove wire guide. The machine also checks if the tooling flange position has been changed caused by thermal expansion, and adjusts it to keep consistent winding accuracy.SBHS-01〼,having special software for winding both even and uneven numbers of turns per layer, and using the intermittent wire feed mechanism,it is achieves reliable perfect layer coil winding.
