Segmented Core Spindle Winding Method
A 20% increase in fill factor is achieved compared to an inner wound solid core.
- An exclusive controller allows to accurately align the traverse movement to the actual winding position.
- The rigidity of the carriage is robust and perfect layer winding is possible by suppressing the warp of the core by pressing.
- The index mechanism allows offline exchange of cores even during winding process.
- Two cores can be setup vertically and chained winding is possible.
