Thank you very much for your continuous supports and trust in our products. Some customers have inquired about the time limit of our equipment maintenance after-sales service. Please allow us to make a brief statement herein. In principle, the after-sales service period of the parts used in our equipment, the tensioner and other related machines is 10 years after production. After expiration of the period, we will try our best to provide after-sales service. However, it may be difficult to purchase or repair all parts (especially electrical parts with short service life). Please kindly understand.In addition, we may suggest alternatives in case of repair difficulties. If possible, please join us for discussion.
