  • Thank you for your long years of use. Our customer service proposes periodic inspections as preventive maintenance. If you can provide the contents of the nameplate and daily machine malfunctions, etc., we can perform inspections according to your wishes. For maintenance requests, please contact your local sales office or our customer service.
  • All of our winding machines have a nameplate. If you can provide this nameplate information, we can send the instruction manual. We will also respond to future maintenance and other inquiries, so please share your contact information with your nearest sales office.
